Dan was very helpful during our loan process as first time home owners. He made sure that we knew every step of the process and guided us to take an online course for first time home buyers, ultimately saving us money in the long run. Karen, the Mortgage Loan Coordinator, was on top of everything and made sure each item was taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. I would 100% recommend Dan and Karen to my friends and family; their partnership makes the loan process near effortless! They even took time to come to our closing out of county :)

Dan and Karen helped my mother and I with a mortgage loan to move her closer to me. They were very kind and understanding with all the explanations of the process for her. My mom is selling and then purchasing with a bunch of moving part which can be overwhelming for someone that doesn't move often or understands all that is needed. She was never worried about her purchase because they always took time to ease both her mind and my mind. I can't thank them enough.

Four home purchases and a few refinances and this was the best experience of them all.
